Extremely disappointing experience at Sanadige New Delhi. The service was appalling from start to finish. It was evident that the staff were selectively attending to certain tables while our table was repeatedly ignored. We had to struggle to get anyone’s attention for even the most basic requests, making us feel like our presence simply didn’t matter. What made it more disappointing is that I’ve visited the Bangalore outlet, where the hospitality and service standards are excellent. Unfortunately, this outlet is nowhere close to the Bangalore experience. While the food may have potential, poor service completely overshadowed the meal. I sincerely hope the management addresses the inconsistency in service standards and trains the staff to treat every guest with equal attention and respect.
