The food was amazing, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and well spoken. No complaints there. The problem was with the District bill payment system. We booked a table through District with a 50% off on the 5-course tasting menu. During booking, it mentioned that an offer application fee would be charged, but the amount or how it would be calculated was never disclosed. At the restaurant, ₹500 was deducted as the offer fee. The total discount on the bill was around ₹2,500, so 20% of the discount was effectively taken back. That means the advertised 50% discount wasn't really 50%. What made it more confusing is that District customer support couldn't explain how the ₹500 fee was calculated. In my previous District bookings, the offer fee was only around ₹20 to ₹30, so this huge jump made no sense. Also noticed every table had a District QR scanner, which made me wonder if this payment model is a joint arrangement. Not making that claim, just an observation.

I visited Sananda with certain expectations because it presents itself as a Pure Vegetarian restaurant. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The food was average, lacked flavour, and did not justify the prices. The portions also felt quite small considering what was being charged. The service was equally disappointing, with staff appearing inadequately trained and not particularly attentive to customers. However, my biggest concern is regarding the restaurant’s “Pure Veg” claim. During my visit, I personally noticed people having/eating chicken inside the restaurant. For customers who specifically choose a restaurant because it claims to be Pure Veg, this is a very serious concern. What made the experience worse is that the concerns about food quality and service do not appear to be isolated, with several other customers also mentioning similar issues.

tasteless food even after repeatedly telling to make food little spicy food came all bland and cold. really did not expect this kind of service. on confrontation the manager "*****" came out very rude. will not recommend at all
