I was here with wife, they have a summer festival going on dedicated for street foods. I was there for their unlimited buffet lunch, we tried so many things including starters, mains, chaat items, dessert and everything we could, loved the all over food and service along with nice ambiance and comfy seating.

Average food… but service was pathetic. Never expected from Sandoz. The staff continued ignoring all the things… they had to be reminded literally multiple times for any order… even food took long to get refilled at the time of main course… What is the point of paying if this is the service we are gonna get…

The service is extremely poor with no proper response. On multiple occasions, we requested food, but the service staff completely ignored us. This level of negligence is highly disappointing and unacceptable.
