It’s a decent place, quite clean but what’s exceptional is the taste of their food. We ordered classic chicken soup, vegetable noodles, handi chicken, tandoori roti and naan and all the items were great, all tasted really good. Roti were warm and soft, handi chicken was very flavourful, perfect blend of spices, soup was amazing too, good consistency, basic yet very flavourful and noodles were good as well. We visited during non-rush hours so service was also quick. No complaints except that they need to work on their washroom hygiene, one star taken for that rest the whole experience was great.

Extremely disappointing experience at Sandoz, Connaught Place (Delhi) We ordered our main course along with 2 + 2 rotis, clearly mentioning that once the first two are over, the next two should come immediately so we don’t have to wait. Unfortunately, after finishing the first set, we were made to wait over 15 minutes, and only after complaining to the manager, Mr. Vinod Jaiswal, nothing moved. Instead of understanding the issue, the manager kept arguing that “it’s not a delay” and blamed us — even though the real problem was that their waiter punched the order late despite multiple reminders. The manager didn’t even bother checking with his staff before defending them. In India, guests are treated like God — or at least, with basic respect. But here, it felt like we were just another transaction. The attitude, service, and accountability were all missing. Definitely not visiting Sandoz again — a place that has forgotten hospitality and only remembers the bill.

the restaurant kept me in waiting and compelling for making the repayment when they could have internally handled the case without making me sit at the restaurant and wasting my time to connect to zomato customer care. pathetic attitude. Even after showing multiple proofs of payment they still had audacity to come to me and talk about their protocol, which could have been done solved internally much earlier without causing me so much inconvenience.

Seriously disappointing place food quality is so low we were waiting for 1 hr still dint get what we ordered the coolers were not cool at all ! We ordered food trice and all the time it was smelling specially the chilly garlic noodles! We are waiting for pizza it took more than asked time ! Don’t waist your money
