I had the worst experience dining at Sanjha Chulha. I went there during lunch time. While the food was good, I had to wait for almost 45 minutes for the food to be served. The staff was making faces at us on making a fresh line soda that tasted just like lemon and water. Not just this, I had to constantly look back and find the servers, ask for them and there was nobody on the floor or in sight to attend to you. This made the dining experience extremely unpleasant and annoying. I had asked the staff to pack the remaining Dal Makhni in the end, while I forgot to remind them that I had asked them to do that. They obviously didn’t bother handing it over to me. There were also a total of 3 servers who came to my table and the order had to be repeated to all of three of them. It feels bad cz the intention was to carry the food back so it’s not wasted, it’s just sad that the servers didn’t seem to care at all. Im aware that most of your business comes through home delivery and car delivery but if you’ve opened a restaurant, service must also be prioritised to those who are coming for a dine-in experience. This is not cool.

really really really bad.. nothing close to the place it used to be in past. Service is zero. Taste is nothing close to original. Old staff doesn't work here anymore. My freind recommended not to go still I tried and it was a nightmare. Suggestion - DO NOT WASTE your time. Their are far better places than Sanjha Chullah.

terrible food and even worse hygiene.. ordered a mutton roll and reshmi tikka.. both were charred and crusty, tasted so bad that we had to leave the food.. no wonder the dogs around that place are getting fat and unhealthy around that place.. absolutely pathetic experience and service.

We had a very bad experience with the service staff. I had gone out with few of my female friends and some boys on the service staff were ogling us continuously and tried to click pictures of us. Upon enquiring about this action they had no apologies for us nor remorse.

Absolutely unhygienic restaurant. There was a cockroach roaming on my table. and there was also a rat in the ceiling. No cleanliness level maintained by the restaurant. Pathetic management. Worst experience ever

There were rats scurrying around the restaurant and the restaurant staff was unbelievably nonchalant about it. Unacceptable behaviour. The food was substandard at best. I’m never going back
