the staff at the restaurant was rude they were asking me to continuously adjust my chair even though there was no space.That was also not my problem that is tere seating arrangement if that chair is coming in there way why they have kept it there. But they were continuously disturbing me and arguing which make my experience very bad. the staff should be polite to there customers.

Food Taste is really not upto the mark.sambar does not taste like sambar. Burnt uttapam served. coconut chutney had big coconut chunk. poor taste. service: poor management, delivery numbers are not displayed. longer queues and big choas. Don't waste your money here.

We went to Sarvana Bhawan at Janpath today for dinner. Ordered rasam-vada, mini idli, mixed uttapam and ghee roast masala dosa. The first 2 items were ok though the service was very slow. The uttapam came after 15 mins and was soggy and out of shape. The Ghee roast dosa apparently had no ghee and was super dry. When we called the manager and complained he said ghee is inside only and it’s supposed to be like this only. We have been coming to this place past 20 years now. We live in South Delhi and come all the way to Janpath just to have food as we always found the quality of food consistently very good. But today we came out very dissatisfied both with the quality of food as well as the service.

Very disappointing experience. We found a dead cockroach in the buttermilk. The staff first questioned us, then admitted the lid had been left open and apologised. This points to serious hygiene issues. What was more concerning was the response afterward. There was no concern or waiver despite of lack of basic cleanliness. I later heard of a similar incident years ago involving a dead lizard in sambar, which makes these hygiene lapses seem ongoing. The drink was quickly taken away, so I couldn’t take a photo.

ordered soo many things, non of them were authentic, one of the most over hyped south indian resturants in delhi in terms of price as well as food, honestly a thela wala makes better south indian food than them. just dont get me started on service a worst services ever, i am not sponsored, and this is an honest review. if you are in cp nivedium is much better choice.
