amazing experience on mothers day , I visited with family to celebrate mother's day , restaurant was fully occupied , after waiting we got seats and food was on time and it was good , service team is very helpful and polite

starters were average, main course was good. price are high, quantity is low. there were jhol momos , jhol was momo chutney spread in a bowl with five pc momos. momo filling was not good as if we were having steamed maida.

I went to Sattvik yesterday to celebrate Mother's Day. I had one of the worst hospitality experiences of my life. The staff was not trained properly. They were unable to manage the basic running of the restaurant. First, they got us cold and soggy papad. And this is when I ordered them separately and was paying for it. The papad was not a complimentary item. Second, they missed items from our order and then just said oh sorry we forgot to note it. Third, and the worst, they served us cold food. I ordered Dahi ke kabab, which is supposed to be a friend item. Therefore, it should be piping hot. But it was cold. Just probably reheated from the last day. They did offer to replace it. But so much had gone wrong by that point that me and my entire family was frustrated. This was the last straw, we didn't even order the main course and left. I just wanted to have a celebratory meal with my mother and family and Sattvik turned it into a disaster. Extremely disappointed.

I went out with my family for dinner. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had. The staff was not trained properly, we ordered something and they conveniently forgot to place the order. We seprately ordered papad, which were cold and the same thing happened with a fried item - Dahi ke Kebab. How can be a fried item cold. The drinks were below average, either too sweet or simply watery. I even asked the server to take time and get the dishes right, I understand it was crowded on a weekned but this doesn't mean that we will pay for anything. You expect a new resturant to function well and have the best customer service, but this was a complete shit show. Do not recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience at Satvik. The hospitality was absolutely pathetic. Kathy at the reception first asked us to wait around 30 minutes. When we returned after waiting exactly as told, she casually asked us to wait another 1 hour and said she “cannot tell the exact time.” If you cannot manage waiting time or reservations properly, at least be honest with customers instead of wasting their time. Completely unprofessional staff behavior and zero respect for customers. Definitely not worth the hassle.
