Shang Palace is one of my favourite restaurants, and I visit regularly. The manager Sahib was very attentive and took great care of us. The service by Rin and Sarita was excellent... both were polite and attentive throughout. Rin also suggested a few additional dishes, and we absolutely loved them. A consistently wonderful dining experience.

I went to shang palace for my husband’s birthday. The new menu is amazing. I really liked the food and the ambiance. Our servers Sarita and Waseem were super helpful and gave very good recommendations. Overall a great experience

I went to Shang Palace with my parents for their anniversary. The food was amazing, would highly recommend :) Rin gave us excellent recommendations and her service was altogether excellent.

Great ambience and vibe! We started with the Dan Dan Noodles Soup - easily the best and most flavourful dish we had. Next up, the Shang Palace Signature Chicken Xiao Long Bai Basket - juicy and flavourful dimsums. Reminded me of the first momos I had 25 years ago in Nainital. I will come back for these 2 dishes. We also had the Cantonese BBQ Platter - truly below average and disappointing. The Honey Glazed Pork was dry and chewy, the BBW Prawn was flavourless and unappetising, the Chicken Skewers were barely okay, with the Mutton Chop was the only saving grace. Last was the Hot Stone Sizzling Prawn Fried Rice - that was nice and flavourful. Overall, I will continue visiting Shang Palace and one dish is the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5.

Today we had gone for the buffet for Mother’s Day. It was the most painful service ever. Food took forever to come. Lunch which could have been over within 2 hours .. stretched to 3and half hour. Food was so so. But overall service spout the afternoon
