Food was great but a long wait . Prices were hiked wud preferred more value for money / some knick knacks if the wait is this long . One grievance water was not mrp. Love the food overall but had to sit faxing away from the commotion of the kitchen was manic

This was our 3-4th bad experience at kylin & probably the last one because never visiting again. The food quality & taste has gone down drastically & service has always been poor at this outlet. The servers don’t understand the ask & ruin your order which they refuse to replace also by putting the blame on you. The manager didn’t even bother to come & check the issue & sent the server to put blame on us & refuse to replace. They took sometime to refuse , which made our food cold , so we had shitty & cold food. Have never seen such unprofessional manager before. No wonder the outlet is getting such reviews.
