Food is here good but south indian items are very good including dosa, uttapam and south indian filter coffee but tea is WORSTTTTTT.... PLEASE ADD SOME ELACHI, AADRAK AND SOME MASALA TEA so it will be nice..

I went here to just pass some time before seeing my relatives. Nice location that is also reasonably priced. We tasted their fusion dosa while we waited, and it was alright, but we preferred their masala dosa! The personnel appears to be fine, and the location has nice decor. The coffee here was excellent—it was your standard south Indian filter coffee! I wouldn't mind returning to this place simply for the coffee.

Have ordered fried rice and gobi manchuria. Fried rice I can give 3.5stars but gobi manchuria is worth not even 1star. So worst. I have ordered lemon soda which I can give 4stars. The standard has come down drastically low. I visited many number of times but this is the worst experience I faced today.

My experience was bad. I had been served bad quality food. First of all I ordered a ghee roast Dosa and it was not proper ghee roast, so I sent it back again. They came up with a new version of it, but that was also not ideally ghee roast which I have had in multiple good South Indian restaurants like Carnatic Cafe, but then the taste was also not very good overall and I feel something is wrong with my stomach, after eating it. I would not recommend this restaurant for a good South Indian experience.

I have some here several times and the food is very nice but this time I was highly disappointed by the food and their service. They were not ready to listen that their food is not upto the mark and should be changed. The dosa was very soggy, the gobhi manchurian was extremely hard to chew with no taste so was the case with Manchow soup. I would not recommend a visit here.

Shree ratnam is a well known brand for south indian food , here quality is not upto the mark . Staff is not adequate enough to represent this brand .Family shall ignore thid restaurant..

food was too spicy after giving instructions for less spicy then also they didn't look after it this is very bad thing totally waste of money 👎
