Absolute melt in the mouth tuna sandwich- fresh and just the right temperature. Shouldn’t be eating bread but could not resist. Topped up with some rich americano!! Extremely satisfying experience. Will keep going back for more.

I read a lot of people writing reviews claiming the quality dropping. In teh first place, the place was always okay okay kinda place. However, one has to agree that few of the things in their menu is absolutely terrific and perhaps the other things are average. But because of those few good items they serve like their almond tart cake for example, they’ve become a renowned outlet in the south point mall.

Food is good, service guys are horrible! They are employees right, can be nice to customers??? Making so many faces which I can see for cutting a sandwich. Not acceptable!!!!

Had a very disappointing experience at Sibang today, despite being regular customers. We found a hair in the mushroom patty and politely informed the staff they said they would tell the owner, Ms. Lee, but no one addressed it. A few minutes later, we found another hair in the coffee, and the staff admitted that this was the fourth complaint in just a few hours. Even then, the owner did not come forward or send anyone to speak to us. Shockingly, when we walked to the counter, we saw Ms. Lee working in the open kitchen with her hair completely open, which explained the issue. Another table beside us also complained about the same problem. For a place people visit trusting its hygiene and standards, this was extremely disappointing. Basic kitchen hygiene like wearing a hairnet should never be ignored.

For the first time ever sibang was a reason for a heart break… Credits the staff… walked at 8:25 … Chose food and were at the cash counter at 8:29 p.m and the guy “Munaf” hesitantly said we don’t serve coffee after 8:30 which wasn’t the case during earlier trips … Munaf then asked his colleague “Rin” if he could brew a cup to which he started laughing in a disrespectful manner saying that the coffee machine isn’t working…. We were left with no choice than to walk out of the cafe and the staff was least bothered about it … Their loss and not ours … May better sense prevail.

We have been a frequent customer of Sibang since it opened up and it’s disheartening to see the quality of food go down. The coffee is mediocre at best and the worst shock today were the macaroons my father got. Attaching a before and after of the blueberry macaroons for reference. The quality has been going down steadily and it’s absolutely disappointing.

Having heard so much about the place, I went and bought a couple of choco chip cookies and to my surprise they were nothing more than ordinary buscuits which didnt even taste good. Forget about the gooey choco chip cookie I thought I was buying.

Very bad service …had bags in my hand and asked fr a plate to be sent to my table they refused . And did not serve . Staff was very rude
