Visited Silq for my sister’s birthday, and the ambience was truly beautiful—perfect for a special occasion. From the warm welcome at the entrance to the touch of itar on the wrist, the hospitality felt thoughtful and premium. The music was soothing, and the service was impeccable throughout. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the experience. The Subz Adana Kebab was dry, Bharwan Gucchi was interesting but not memorable, and the Kathal Shami was average. In the mains, Dal Silq was smooth but lacked impact, while the Khush Nama Kofte tasted good though the koftes were a bit stiff. The breads were basic and slightly dry, while the vegetarian biryani was enjoyable. Overall, a gorgeous place with great service, but it feels more focused on delivering a premium vibe than truly premium food. Would I return? Probably not.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We hosted a party of around 20 people on a weekday (not even on a weekend) and took their party package of 5k per person, with n number of items and unlimited servings. Every food item they served was COLD AND TASTELESS, veg non veg both, had pathetic taste. However, their preparation for a la carte menu was completely different (good) the last time. POOR SERVICE: they DIDN'T SERVE US the desserts even after asking multiple times. Everyone waited for a very long time for the desserts but then OUR GUESTS LEFT after they failed to serve us. VERY POOR ATTITUDE: Also the attitude of the staff was so poor, we were complaining about the food to the manager but he started arguing with us that "NO SIR YE AISA HI HOTA HAI". BAD BEHAVIOUR WITH OUR GUESTS: One of our guests asked them for a diet coke which wasn't on the selected menu, the server said "AAPKE MENU MEIN NAHI HAI DIET COKE, SELECTED ITEM MEIN SE HI LENA PADEGA". They could've asked us and even charged us extra for that drink instead of replying this to the guest.

Visited Silq after hearing bold comparisons to Bukhara and Loya and honestly, it’s hard to understand where that confidence comes from. The food was outright disappointing - bland, poorly executed and completely lacking the depth you’d expect at this level. Not a single dish stood out. Service didn’t help either. Despite having layers of mid-management staff, things moved painfully slow. Plenty of people overseeing, but very little actually getting done. A premium dining experience needs excellence on the plate and efficiency on the floor—Silq delivered neither. In a city like Delhi, where the bar is incredibly high, this kind of experience is hard to justify.

Food was really average. dal makhani was good though. ambience is very nice. looking at the prices of menu they should really upgrade their service + put less tables. too crowded + very loud. dumpukht prices but not the same experience.

Booking cancelled without even giving a call for being 10 minutes late. We were there to celebrate a birthday & the entire occasion was spoiled by their pricey attitude. Don’t think will recommend or visit again

Absolutely disappointing experience. The hospitality was poor, and the food was definitely not worth the price. I would recommend skipping this place.
