Singlas Indirapuram is a gem! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are incredibly courteous and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist. What truly stands out is the quality of their offerings. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a more elaborate meal, the food is consistently delicious and prepared with fresh ingredients. Their menu boasts a delightful variety, catering to different tastes and preferences. I particularly enjoyed their chaats,north indian thali, chinese food & sweets which were simply divine. Beyond the excellent food and service, the ambiance is also worth noting. The space is well-maintained, clean, and has a pleasant vibe that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. It's a perfect spot to catch up with friends, enjoy a family treat, or even grab a peaceful solo indulgence. Overall, my experience at Singlas Indirapuram was fantastic. It's a place that clearly prioritizes quality, customer satisfaction, and a welcoming environment. I highly recommend giving it a visit – you won't be disappointed!

Had an amazing experience at Singla's Sweets! The North Indian Thali was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Singapuri Noodles had a delicious Indo-Chinese kick. The Masala Dosa was crisp and satisfying, while the Dahi Puri Chaat offered a refreshing burst of flavors. Overall, the taste was too good and worth every bite!

the food here is absolutely delicious every dish we tried was bursting with flavour and cooked to all food highly recommend the signature dish and their classic dishes , my favourite Singla kulfi delicious nice food all thanks 😋

Visited this restuarant recently with my friends to have lunch. Amazed to see the menu as they offer different varieties of cuisines that too at affordable prices. Everything was freshly made and the quality was good.

SHOCKING LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY & MANAGERIAL RUDENESS (A Decade of Loyalty Ended) I have been a patron of Single Sweets since childhood, back when they operated an outlet in IP Extension. That loyalty and history mean absolutely nothing today, as my recent experience was not only horrible but involved an unprecedented level of managerial rudeness and gaslighting that has permanently ended my relationship with this brand. Operational Service Failure The service was abysmal from the moment we were seated. Our table was not cleaned before we sat down. We had to physically request the most basic necessities, including tissue paper. After receiving the first part of our order, we were completely neglected. My sister, my mother, and I repeatedly tried to get the attention of the waiter responsible for the second lot of our order—waving our hands—only to be ignored multiple times. We had to call them over just to get a second round of water. The quoted waiting time for the food was 15 to 20 minutes; it took well over 30 minutes. The Manager's Egregious Behavior When I finally called over the manager to follow up on the unacceptable delay, the situation deteriorated shockingly. He initially dismissed me, promising the food would be out in “two minutes,” and then promptly vanished. When confronted about the neglect and delay, his response was to immediately become defensive, rude, and accusatory. He outright refused to acknowledge any lapse in service, instead claiming I was lying and demanding that I “check the CCTV cameras” to prove his staff had served me properly. For the record, I have absolutely no issue with him checking the cameras, as they will only confirm the neglect we experienced. This refusal to accept responsibility—and instead, attacking the customer’s credibility in front of my family—is the single most disappointing aspect of the entire visit. Zero Resolution, Full Price Despite the extended wait, the dirty table, the complete lack of service, and the manager’s inexcusable disrespect, we were charged the full amount with no compensation, no apology, and zero attempt at service recovery. To treat a loyal, long-standing customer this way—not just through poor service, but through outright malice and denial from the management—is a failure of the highest order. Single Sweets clearly does not value its customers or professional integrity. This was an extremely disappointing and highly impactful experience.

I purchased Motichoor Laddoo from your Indirapuram outlet on 04-Sep-2025 at 6:53 PM (Bill No. 182). Shockingly, within just 12 hours, the laddoos developed visible fungus. This is highly disappointing and raises serious food safety and hygiene concerns. Such negligence in quality and storage is unacceptable – you cannot compromise with people’s health. I request you to take immediate corrective action to ensure fresh and safe products are sold. Please also look into this specific batch, as it could affect many more customers. Your sweets have always been trusted for quality, but this experience was extremely concerning. I hope you treat this matter with urgency and prevent it from happening again. Also train your people to listen customers feedback.

Can you think of what can be the worst delivery experience? It’s never getting your delivery!!!! I ordered 2 sweets from this place and they took more than 40 minutes but still did not pack anything the delivery agent kept standing there for 30 minutes yet no update when I called them their phone was switched off and when I asked the delivery agent to help me talk to them the manager refused and delivery agent said he went inside I cannot help you!! Truly the worst experience if you can’t complete a simple order atleast man up own upto it and talk to ur customer

horrible if I could give minus stars, I’d do that order placement takes about 20 mins in an empty space, then food comes after another 40mins basic water isnt served. absolutely disgusting service. they should rather shut the restaurant if they cant function. Managers go missing once we try catching hold of them
