Disappointed with the billing transparency. I visited this place with my friends for food, drinks, and bowling. The restaurant charged us separately for liquor and bowling, which was expected. However, they applied the Zomato discount only to the food bill and not to the liquor bill. Later, I found that even the restaurant's own AI assistant states that liquor is included in the total bill, while bowling charges are separate. Based on that information, I believe the Zomato discount should have been applied to the entire restaurant bill (excluding bowling charges). Unfortunately, this was never explained to us at the time of payment. Better transparency and clear communication with customers would have avoided this confusion. I hope the management reviews this policy and treats customers fairly.
