I loved their desserts! We tried the bingsu and brownie waffle, and even though I don’t have a sweet tooth, I couldn’t resist having more. I won’t deny that the service was a bit slow, but that was probably because the place was full. Still, the desserts were absolutely worth it, and I definitely recommend them!

I recently visit this place oh my god it’s a dessert heaven . The staff services so good . I tried pancakes and bingu all are so good and delicious everything is perfect in terms of taste and presentation. I loved this place. Worth it

Go to place for desserts. Loved their Chocolate strawberries along with Nutella waffle.. Got their cheesecakes and chocolate mouse for home and they too were absolutely delicious

We ordered a cheesecake and London strawberry chocolate. I really liked this strawberry with white chocolate.

Tried the london strawberry and first thing that hits me is that its overpriced. 250 for thing which can easily be given in 150. Secondly, the behavior of the staff is so rude!!! The lady at the billing counter was very very rude. My first visit was not great

The mixed berry fruit ice cream tasted like someone whispered the idea of berry into a bowl of cold sadness. Snowberry feels like the kind of place where you leave hungrier than you came in. A good company like mine can make it feel nice though

Visited Snowberry, Connaught Place branch, Delhi, and ordered a Kunafa Bingsu. To my shock, I found a hair in it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t inform the counter right away because I was getting extremely late — but that doesn’t change the fact that this is completely unacceptable, especially from such a big and well-known chain. When customers come to a reputed brand, they expect proper hygiene standards to be followed at all times. Finding a hair in my dessert is not just disappointing, it’s a serious lapse in cleanliness.

They do not use fresh fruits! It’s all frozen and has a weird taste to it, that of overripe fruit. There are flies all over the place. Hygiene conditions are below par.

Nothing close to a real kunafa, it was just iced dessert with nutela served with boba on side. I don’t know what it was but waste of money indeed.

Very disgusting taste. The fruit ice cream tasted bad. The fruits were rotten. Extremely unpleasant and bad.
