Worst experience at Soho. Service was pathetic from the start. The lady at gate entry was extremely rude, had zero manners on how to talk to guests. She was arrogant and unprofessional. And when we wanted to leave, she actually threatened saying "I'll slap you". Shocking behaviour for a place that calls itself a premium club.Soho really needs to train its staff on basic hospitality. Will never be visiting again and would not recommend to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff was quite rude, and as someone from the hospitality industry, this was especially disheartening to witness. Without properly checking the guest list, we were immediately told that our names were not included. We had traveled all the way from Gurugram, looking forward to attending the event, only to be treated this way. To make matters worse, the person managing the guest list allowed another individual to enter instead of us, which reflects a serious lapse in coordination and professionalism. Overall, this experience was very upsetting, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on the service we received.

Worst club I ever had no manners to the staff even they don’t respect that we pay at least 100 x money for a drink they treat there guest as a pathetic way if owner or management are reading my comment please teach some manners and give training to your staff as you charge 100x you should invest some money on staff do not pick your staff from road side

Overrated. Overhyped. Delhi's worst club. Asking people to pay more money 2k-3k to enter, even after buying the ticket online. Worst staff they even touch you while passing, unmannered Staff. Don't know how to behave. They have a bad management team be it staff, bouncers or any other services.

I just visited the Halloween party but the staff was very rude even when buying the online ticket they treated us like garbage specially the inside staff even you can't stand to take drink the push you like they are giving for free

Their staff harassed us at the club and slapped our group's boys and girls and they asked for money just because we took a different bag which was not ours instead of our bag

Pathetic food. I got unwell after eating such a stale food. Deafening music. Too noisy.
