Very disappointing experience. The place is quite hyped, but our visit proved otherwise. There was a private birthday party going on, so we confirmed beforehand if they were serving other customers only then did we enter. From the start, service was poor. We had to wait just to get the menu and had to ask multiple times even for water. Our drinks were sitting ready on the counter for 7–8 minutes, yet no one served them. What was more frustrating was the staff’s attitude no one knew how to apologise, and even the manager simply nodded when we pointed out the issue. If they couldn’t handle regular service alongside the event, they shouldn’t have allowed us in.

The food is shitty!. I had some expectations from this place. The ambience and interior is really good and photogenic but the food oh my god so bad! Its a so called "pizzeria " but their thin crust was so hard and bland pizza. Then their jalapeno poppers had no cheese or jalapeño instead it felt like hung curd and bell pepper,such a scam! Also their pasta was super bland. Would never return to this place no matter how good the ambience is.

No proper management. no one was present to attend us. food was served but it was cold, and tasted so bad. even spoons were not properly cleaned. we had to cancel the rest of our order because of bad taste and cold food

The only good thing was the ambience. The service was very bad and the food was below average. Classic example of "Dont judge the book by the cover"
