We visited this place yesterday at ibis, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The air conditioning was not working at all. Despite informing the team 6–7 times, the issue was still not resolved, and no one seemed to have a clear answer or solution. We were repeatedly assured that someone would look into it, but there was no effective action taken. After spending around 1.5 hours in an extremely uncomfortable and suffocating environment, we eventually had no option but to leave. All of us were feeling extremely uncomfortable, and the overall experience was simply unacceptable. I would request the management to look into this matter seriously, investigate why the issue was not addressed despite repeated complaints, and ensure that such situations are not repeated with other guests. If the air conditioning is not functional, guests should be informed upfront rather than being left to sit in an uncomfortable environment.

The service was well below acceptable standards, and the staff (especially Aman) showed unprofessional behavior and acted inappropriately on multiple occasions. It was evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this establishment. I strongly recommend that management take immediate corrective steps to improve overall service quality and address staff conduct, particularly regarding Aman

Worst experience ever. I came here with my office colleagues, and unfortunately, you were unable to serve our food even after waiting for almost 2 hours. We eventually had to return to the office and order pizza instead. It was extremely disappointing and honestly quite embarrassing for me, especially since I had brought my colleagues here.
