Visited Sprouts & Berries in the SDA Market recently, and it’s such a cute little spot! Just a heads-up—it’s a tiny café with seating for only around 8 people indoors, plus another 8 outside. The outdoor seating would be lovely during winters, but it can get quite hot in the summer. Now, the food is where this place really shines. Their berry bowls, fruit bowls, smoothies, and all-day breakfast options are absolutely worth trying. Everything was fresh, delicious, and surprisingly well-priced. I also tried their mocha and cappuccino. Unfortunately, both were just average, so I wouldn’t recommend visiting specifically for the coffee. The staff deserves a special mention—they’re warm, courteous, and happy to customize dishes based on your preferences. The menu also has a good balance of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Overall, I’d give this place 4/5 ⭐. The coffee could definitely be better, but the bowls, smoothies, and breakfast menu make it a café I’d happily visit again.

Healthy Indulgent Food for Gym Freaks and Healthy food Lovers. Had a wonderful dine-in experience! The café has a clean, cozy, and relaxing ambiance that’s perfect for a healthy meal. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with high-quality ingredients that truly stand out. The smoothies were refreshing, and the portions were satisfying without feeling heavy. The staff was polite, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. If you’re looking for delicious, healthy food with great service and a pleasant atmosphere, this café is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended, and I’ll be back to try more from the menu!

Finally found a spot that nails the balance between ‘healthy’ and ‘actually delicious.’ Their all-day breakfast is a lifesaver, and the smoothie bowls are as beautiful as they are fresh. I’ve worked my way through the menu—the salads and sandwiches are perfect for a light lunch, but the grilled mains and rice bowls are the real stars if you want something hearty but clean. Don’t leave without trying their juices—you can tell they use top-tier produce.

Amazing vibes and even better food! Whether you’re craving a refreshing juice, a crisp salad, or a satisfying sandwich, Sprouts & Berries delivers every time. Their smoothie bowls are a work of art, and the all-day breakfast menu has something for everyone. Highly recommend the rice bowls for a filling, guilt-free dinner. A must-visit!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Loved the food at Sprouts & Berries Cafe, SDA Market! 🌿 The Chilli Scrambled Eggs on Sourdough were creamy, flavourful and perfectly spiced. Finished with the Biscoff Cheesecake — rich, smooth and absolutely delicious! 😍 Great spot for a healthy, satisfying brunch. Definitely coming back! 💚

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Loved my experience at Sprouts & Berries Cafe, SDA Market! 🌿 The Harissa Cottage Steak was flavourful and perfectly cooked, while the Avocrosst was fresh, creamy and delicious. Great healthy food, beautiful presentation, and a lovely vibe. Definitely worth a visit! 💚
