it is a good place to hangout with friends and family too. Specifically for breakfast and coffee obviously . nice place to have conversations with friends and a pretty ambience. just a little bit on a steeper price side for food items overall it's a good one.

Imagine if you were busy parking the car & your senior citizen & arthritic Mom struggled to climb up those steep stairs simply to find out that this branch is not serving their food or drinks and only catering to 'take award orders. Nowhere did they mention this fact as I had checked on Google and Zomato before deciding to bring her, only one print out at the door at the time of entry informed the person who had already made the trip and climbed the steep stairs. When my Mom asked for a seat to sit down while I was busy looking for a parking spot, the staff initially refused to set a chair down for her. All this happened since there were student body elections at Delhi University nearby and the staff were scared that the so-called students from a political body would come in and trash their branch.

This place does not know how to make coffee. I ordered crunchy red hat mocha Frappuccino but staff gave me coffee without any toppings. Then when I asked they tried to add it but failed miserably then they said drink some coffee then they will be able to add toppings. They tried and then replaced the coffee. This certainly proves that this store does not know what to serve customers. This is really a bad place to visit and certainly making bad name of the brand. I am sure they are doing the same to most of customers if they don’t ask for specifically

Today i was really disappointed because the coffe is only 10 percent the rest is ice did i pay for ice which is very cheaper
