I think Starbucks should think about renaming this particular outlet StarYucks or perhaps StaleBucks, and I'll tell you why... This was my second visit to Elegante Mall NSP Starbucks outlet, and this was by invite. We chose to visit for breakfast. Here's what we ordered and review: Chocolate shake – too sweet, not smooth, not creamy, kinda icy & diluted. Did not like. Honestly, I've had better, thicker milkshakes at McDonald's and BK, and local juice shops. Double chocolate chip frappuccino – better than the milkshake but again not smooth, and icy. Not a fan. Looked the part, tasted meh. Btw we had to wait more than an hour for our beverages because kitchen staff "forgot" to leave the ice machine ON the night before. Oops! While we waited for our bevs, we ordered a dessert and a sandwich... Fudgy brownie pie (with ice cream) – pretty much the only item we actually enjoyed. Warm, fudgy, and tasty! We asked for another scoop of ice cream to go with that, which was served only by the time we had almost finished our dessert (and we ate it slow... in waiting). Chicken salad sandwich – I believe we were served stale leftover sandwich. The texture & taste did seem off. The sandwich was very dry, we just thought maybe it had been over toasted. Myself and my friend both had upset stomach and a mild case of food poisoning, and took 48+ hours to fully recover. It is unfathomable that a premium cafe brand like a Starbucks would serve us stale non-vegetarian food, and that too on invite. I'm sure there's better ways to dispose of your leftovers. I wouldn't visit the Elegante Mall NSP Starbucks outlet again even if they paid me. This a brand new outlet in a brand new mall, and y'all need to pull up your socks, StarYucks! I'd start with replacing the entire team... You're welcome.

Took 20mins to get my chai tea latte, 1st the system was not working. Post that i got my tea which was pathetic
