I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks DLF Downtown. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The baristas greeted me with a smile, patiently took my order, and even offered suggestions based on my preferences, which I really appreciated. The service was quick and efficient, yet never rushed. What stood out most was the genuine courtesy and professionalism of the team — they created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that made me feel valued as a customer. The store was clean, well-organized, and offered a comfortable space to unwind or get some work done. Overall, Starbucks downtown sets a high standard for customer service. It's not just about the coffee (which was excellent, by the way), but the overall experience that makes you want to return.

Always a fantastic experience! The baristas here ( Specially Kunal and Kajal) are incredibly friendly and efficient, even during the morning rush. My order was made perfectly, and they gladly accommodated my specific milk preference. Great vibes all around!!

For the first time in delhi ncr, had a shitty experience at a Starbucks outlet. The staff was super rude and was denying any sorts of customisations in the order and was constantly trying to talk rudely that made me finally leave the outlet. Never going to visit this particular outlet at all!

Iced coffee latte extra sweet -whats up with calorie count ?? Got it changed. Avocado salsa sandwich, was not served cold …not even warm but super hot! I have burnt my upper palatte. Super hungry so ate it quickly fed up anyways
