Starbucks ithum is a sweet friendly coffee place. The staff brings a smile on our face every time as they are warm and hospitable. Coffee is great and so are the conversations. Sachin is doing a great job along with Nidhi and other partners- Priyanka, Nishtha, Ekansh, Saurabh, Kunal, Arun, Virender and Digbijoy.

I usually didn’t enjoy Starbucks coffee, but Sachin recommended the Passion Tea with strawberry—and I absolutely loved it. He took the time to understand my taste, asked for my feedback, and even remembered my order on my next visit. Great customer service and a wonderful experience!
