The staff at this particular Starbucks outlet is untrained. They are just not able to match up to the Starbucks standards with their taste and preparations. Not once, not twice, I have had to return my Frappuccino over 10 times in the last three months. The consistency of the Frappuccino is too watery. Ice blended is a joke. I had to put up with this store because it used to be the nearest to my place. But today I have decided to not come to this outlet anymore. It’s sheer guilt to return your simple coffee order three times and guide the staff on your coffee order (WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO TASTE THE SAME AT ACROSS ALL OUTLETS) I am embarrassed.

The restaurant is not following my instructions as per the order and they always give me incorrect order there is no way to give the feedback so thats why they are just following what they want and waisting customers money which customers are spending on their stupid topings Big brand and no customer service Use less Nsp brach ,Rohini branch should be shut down because they are doing nothing just spoiling the reputation of star bucks And there staff just keep the things of the customer and dont return back . They stole my volet and didn’t show the camera recordings
