I’ve visited Sticky Rice multiple times and the food has always been great — which is probably why the place is almost always full. However, my recent experience was quite disappointing. There was a waiting, and I was standing right next to the staff member at the entrance while he was noting down another customer’s details. I waited patiently for my turn. Meanwhile, a girl walked in from her car and directly went to the counter in front of me. Surprisingly, the staff attended to her first and noted her details. I politely mentioned that I had been waiting already and requested him to take my details and send me ahead of her. However, he refused and said they would seat her first. This felt unfair and poorly managed. It wasn’t about the wait — it was about basic queue discipline and respect for customers. Because of this, I chose not to dine there that evening. I hope the management takes note and improves how they handle waiting customers. A simple, fair system would make a big difference.

Sticky rise is my go to place to have good food, but yesterday when we went there why you were having dinner and when we were about to take first serving of the pot sizzler pot, we saw hair in our pot. We had asked the staff to kindly cancel this as it has got here in it and we showed him the hair, to my surprise. He said that there is no way that the hair could be in there by their fault, and I ask him, yeah, you might take the dish and you charge it in the bill as well, but we are not going to eat a pot with her in it, and that guy charged as well. It was a pathetic experience, very untrained and unprofessional staff.

Food was ok Their service is pathetic..No one Is bothered to listen.. Their cutlery was not enough for the people..i asked for the cutlery like 5times and fifth time the waiter said ,it is finished . They need to work on their service and increase the staff which are polite and humble.

Such rude staff especially a man who poses as their manager. Has no manners at all. This kind of rudeness cannot be tolerated. Your restaurant will eventually shut down because of staff behaviour!! Owner should immediately take action and remove the manager!

Just like a typical north delhi abrasive place who has not the first idea of handling genuine customers. Bad idea to be there. The staff is rude and do not have the slightest idea of hospitality in the food industry. Nor was the food upto the mark.

Ordered three pepper chicken, it was very dry and extra chewable like a chewing gum. Felt like we are eating just fried chicken full of oil and too hard.

Front office staff was rude and declined to honour our online reservation. He could have denied the reservation with due respect.
