I booked my table online via Dineout for Saturday night 8 th August 2026 . Relaxed the tables are booked I dressed up for Studio Xo n reached with my husband. I was very confident that since my bookings are done I am good to go . I have been visiting Studio Xo on last two weekends in groups. In one of the visits I met an acquaintance who informed me that they are asking 10,000 Rs cover charge n I pitied she couldn’t take entry. Not to be on same shoes I did prior booking but Studio Xo s new genz team refused to honour the booking n said on special days we don’t allow booked tables . We want 10k to allow to enter. I understand you are doing well Studio Xo but being in airs n not honoring booked tables will not take you far . Really a bad taste to be refused entry while I never go without bookings. The sour taste is sure to stay . Please understand it’s your attitude that only matters nothing else.

Everything else was good but the valet service is full of thieves they stole my valuables from my car Never Give your car to these scoundrels or make sure your car doesn’t have any valuables also click the picture of the odometer so that you can compare the distance later on they also drive around like fools and consume your fuel.Pathetic Valet

Various ways to extract money. Staff not at all friendly. Don’t take VIP seats. No proper seating with large gathering of 6+ members Have to pay for valet parking At the last bouncer extracted money on name of some challan

please do not book any musical Event here. they charge high rates in different categories but all need to stand for 3-4 hrs...no single benefits...just a mess.....staff ignore like they dnt know anything

The staff was so rude...they need to learn how to behave with their guests.... pathetic experience.. live show mention time 9pm...but starts after 10:30 they also need to improve their show times
