I ordered hara bhara kebab sub and it was extremely tasty. The packaging was good and the sub contained appropriate amount of veggies and sauces.

The food and ambience of the place is very good bit the only problem for me was waiting time. The staff was polite and the place is hygienic but the slow service was the only issue. Otherwise it's all subway fresh :)

I ordered subway for the first time and i was surprised to see its big size. It was worth the price. Its taste was really good as it was customized. Loved it

This is what my toastie looked like. No cheese. Felt like i was having just the bread with raw veggies. And my chicken sub had a stale bread. Disappointed!! Never had bad experience with subway before this.

Review for Subway, Sector 22, Gurgaon I had the worst experience at this outlet and felt compelled to share it so others are aware. The staff here is shockingly rude and completely lacks basic courtesy. All I did was politely ask for extra olives, and I was flat-out told “No — with the unbelievable excuse that “management would scold us if we put any extra item.” Instead of handling the situation with professionalism or explaining nicely, the staff member escalated it and started misbehaving. The attitude was completely unacceptable — not just dismissive but borderline aggressive. When I said I might report the behavior, the employee smugly responded with “Karlo report jaha karna ho” (Go ahead, complain wherever you want). This isn’t just a reflection of a badly trained employee — it points directly to the management's failure. Clearly, they’ve done nothing to instill customer service values or even basic decency in their staff. If your staff is unafraid of consequences and speaks to customers like this, it’s a systemic issue. To anyone considering visiting this location: go at your own risk. If you enjoy being treated poorly for simply asking for what should be a basic customization, this is the place. Otherwise, save your time, money, and patience — and pick any other Subway that actually values customers.

I am annoyed with Zomato who claims to be no 1 food app but dont know the ethics of food industry. Zomato, please teach your delivery boys to confirm the condiments first amd then deliver. Now coming to Subway. I know it is not going to work to say anything to a franchise store. They damn care. Spending so much on packing but cannot send a tissue along with packaging. Especially this store has problem. They never listen. I ordered Veggie Delight footlong in grilled garlic bread. But dont know What bread i ate. Haha, their garlic tastes something different I believe. Why few people/brands are in food industry, i never understand. Sympathy with Zomato and Subway

The sub of this outlet was way below in taste than the standard taste of subway. Thier fillings were not fresh, breads were not properly roasted. Will never go to this sector 22 outlet for sure. We ordered aloo patty sub, it was not at all the even nearby to the same sub I have had multiple times from other outlets in gurgaon such as golf course road outlet, Huda city outlet.

Subway Sector 22 Gurgaon has rude staff. Their Spicy Chicken with Cheese is very bad and looks nothing like its picture in the menu. Note : Their staff is very aggressive and impolite. One of them said 'Jo karna hai karlo, jahan report karna hai karlo'. Bad service
