This is the best outlet. The staff is courteous. Be it take away, home delivery or dine in, the sub is never soggy or bland. They always put right amount of sauces. The packaging is always neat and never a mess.

Ordered the tofu salad, the tofu tasted weird and stale. Would not recommend, the least subway can do is buy decent tofu with the minuscule quantity they provided.

Nothing worse than a badly prepared product backed by uppity and poorly trained staff who instead of admitting their mistake try and tell the customer he is wrong. Photo enclosed. If anybody can spot the promised Marinara sauce in this sandwich I will give him a reward. The staff had the gall to say on complaining that I should have asked for extra sauce. Hello ! What about the missing original. Franchise owner may better wake up or you will loose whatever loyal customers you may have.

Extremely poor service, horrible attitude from the waiters, they keep staring and it’s very disturbing while I’m eating my food. Even to place my order, there was a person by the counter but got a good few minutes he didn’t bother taking my order, I had to specifically ask him that can I order my food. Body language is very important in the industry, I own close to 15 restaurants in Kolkata and I know a thing or 2 about body language of waiters. The waiters here are subway had a a very condescending body language. Very very bad experience and would want the management to really look into the kind of waiters you hire

Hate it how they dont care for the orders they deliver, its always half prepared or seems like they are not concerned at all. Adding 1 sauce to your order. Its already a chaos choosing three sauces on zomato however they dont fail to mess that up as well. Do not order from here or else you may end up having the worst day.

I visited there an wanted to pay by Cash. But they keep asking me to pay by Card or Paytm. If they told me when I order on food, I would not order food

Ordered and paid for 12 inch subway but delivered 6 inch. No response from ZOMATO either Shd refund balance or deliver the balance

Terrible Subway outlet. Lettuce looked so bad I asked them not to put it in my Tune sandwich. And now I feel sick. Stay away.
