1st of all it is very important to mention a name here that is Mr. RAJU an employee/maker @ subway north ex mall sector -9, Rohini who is very blunt and a miserable lying person. I placed an order for a vegee delight salad and clearly mentioned my salad ingredients including lettuce etc which were clearly not followed by Mr. Raju and when i received my salad from Zomato it was 1 out of 10 and my instructions were not at all followed. When i inquired with regard to the same RAJU said that lettuce and other veges are put of stock so he'll refund my amount. When zomato called subway he then informed that he's ready to refund only Rs. 65 instead of 271 to my account. When i confronted he mentioned "refund itna hi milega, jo karna hai kar lo jao." I now am never ordering from this subway outlet and request every single reader to avoid ordering from this subway outlet. P.S.- RAJU learn some etiquette of work or quit the job. Thanks

I ordered veggie delite with toasted multigrain bread without cheese. As i already selected without cheese, why you guys add cheese in it? And plus one item was missing too.. If someone applied for some discounted coupons. You guys just removed the item.. Better zomato should remove subway now.

very poor quality of the multigrain bread I will complain about Subway The main branch filling is very bad Please action on Rohini North ex mall branch immediately

Only 1 employee is there and no value of customer’s time who is waiting at the outlet…. Bcoz deliveries are too important then customer present there.

i ordered for chicken tikka sandwich and there is no chicken in my sandwich i got sandwich wihout chicken worst experience never go to subway again

The staff is not all good and doesn’t treat the customers the way they should . Secondly every time they are short of one or the other things .

Policy should be same for all the subways.. if you dont have any vegetable, customer should have the choice to choose the vegetable.

These people aren't serious about business. They delivery incorrect quantities and never respond on phone calls. Avoid this one.
