pre selected a meal later realized that it had 3 sauces. I tried calling them not once but 4 times and their phone was switched off. zomato was told to tell them that only 1 sauce needs to be added. but zomato the great said we wont help with customization. requested the staff to change the sauces via zomato riders phone. she was rude af. soo rude as if I've stolen something from her. take a big 1/5 and a warning that let me be at the outlet once. I'll teach you a lesson for sure

very much disappointed I ordered pepper chicken sub they didn't put any salad nor sause nothing bread used was not even Italian.%hey made sub with just peeper chicken &some capcicum. It's awful & entirely waste of money ,time .

Very bad staff, doesn’t listen to your requirements while taking the order. Never ever order veggie toastie. I asked them to add extra lettuce to which they straight away denied. Thumbs down. Never going back

The staff is so rude, doesn’t even obliges to a single instruction and straight away refuses. Subway now has started being kanjus in their orders but this outlet in pebble is on another level!
