It is an open counter type of place in the Mall. A good variety of baked goods. The apple pie was soft and crumbly. It was very delicious. The multigrain sourdough bread is good . They offer some discount on breads after 7PM.

Hello, Hope you're doing well. So recently I was at Pacific Malls food court and spotted this not so new bakery due to the colourful dessert displayed in the refrigerated display case, They have got variety of deserts and other baked goods as well but I was over here for desserts so will be talking about that. I ordered lemon tart, chocolate mousse pastry and another chocolate pastry I can't remember right now, Everything tasted great and fresh, Considering the portion size things were reasonably priced. If you're at Pacific Mall then you can give this place a try for deserts as they've got huge variety of it. All and all a good bakery would say and will be for sure be returning back. Review for you nsp location : I had a very bad experience. Some customer said I sat on their seat, even though their was no one sitting their. What was more stupid was the waited refused to give me my food and returned my money just because the other lady threatened to cancel her order and her order amount was bigger. very very bad behaviour. Is giving more value order gives you right to treat other customer badly? how stupid. DAY OF ORDER 13TH FEB. fyi It was my birthday and my cake was refused.

We ordered a red velvet pastry, it was totally dry from outside as if it has been lying in their fridge for too long. On complaining the same at the cash counter, the person said it is like this only. The other pastry we had was gud. Wud not really recommend to buy from here as they are really not concerned about the customer's review or satisfaction.

I ordered coffee and chocolate muffins. The muffins wasn't fresh and had a sour taste in it. The chocolate muffin is supposed to have a heavenly chocolately smell but it had sour smell. It's a courtesy when you serve such food, not to bill for that, and still these people are unethical that they billed me for that stale and sourly muffin.

They serve pathetic stale food, by the look of it I was able to tell that sandwich bread is stale. But lady on the bill counter failed to accept that and mentioned we only serve fresh food. “Bread was very dry and was very different grey, also the stuffing inside tastes very bad.” I will recommend not to visit this outlet at-least.

Prices displayed are lower than the actual price. When asked they said it's GST. How can they include GST in MRP. It should be displayed seperately but it's not. Seems like an unethical practice they are running. Not sure if I paid GST or just the bumped up price

This brand used to be my favourite for bakery items. However, it has reduced to negative due to their consistent bad quality. They put some thing to make pastries and cakes look fresh while in actual they are atleast a week old.

They gave stale pastries, very unhealthy and unhygienic. Had no space to sit & eat. Simply a waste of money. Please avoid
