I got my nephew's cake customized from here and I must say they gave me very good service. Everyone loved the cake and the presentation was also done so well. Exactly how I wanted! Even the packaging was done so well. We didn't really have to worry about anything. Recommending you'll to get customized cakes from here. Great experience

Was looking for some good options to order some shakes and smoothies, Came across this place and ordered a choclate cake . Delivery was on time. Perfectly packed. Quality was nice and it was really amazing. Value for money. Happy with my experience. Will surely recommend.

Ordered cake from this outlet few days back. The cake was chocolate truffle. Taste of the cake was good although it should have had more cream in it. The order came through timely. Overall a decent cake shop.

I was at a friend's place and we were celebrating another friends birthday and it so happened that we ordered a 1kg black forest cake from them. The cake was just about average in taste nothing great however it took them almost 2 hours for delivery. Even after we called they kept on buying time. The service really needs to be worked up on.

I ordered 1 kg. Black Forest but I received half kg. Cake..then I called to super cake for this.. again I had to wait 20 mint. To get correct order..but still they delivered wrong flavour of cake..it was not a black forest cake...and cake was tasteless..

Stale cakes.. No refunds. Firstly our birthday party was spoilt because of stale cake. On top of it, they didn't accept the fact that their service is poor. Worst experience ever...

Very disgusting and unprofessional even they can't make simple cake and spoiled our day never order from supercake If u couldn't make it shut ur shops don't spoil other day.
