The overall experience was quite disappointing. Staff lacked proper manners and seemed poorly trained in basic hospitality. Hygiene standards, especially the condition of the washroom, were not satisfactory. Surprisingly, the staff was unaware of how Zomato Dining bookings work, which created unnecessary confusion. Considering the overpriced drinks and average service, the restaurant seriously needs improvement in staff training, hygiene, and service quality.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sutra Lounge. The staff was not helpful at all, and the overall service was below expectations. I requested the lady bodyguard to change the song, but she was completely unresponsive and unwilling to assist, which was quite unprofessional. The washrooms were not clean, and there were no tissues available, which is unacceptable for a lounge of this standard. Cleanliness and basic amenities should be a priority. The decor included foam-shaped hearts, but customers were not allowed to take them. It felt pointless to have such decorations if guests are restricted from enjoying or interacting with them. Overall, it’s not a worthy place to go and chill out. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

Absolutely horrible experience. We hosted a corporate office party here and everything went wrong. Food was terrible, staff was rude and unprofessional, and the music completely killed the mood. The DJ was the worst part—arrogant, rude, and outright disrespectful. When the crowd requested Punjabi songs, he responded with “kya problem hai, nahi bajaunga Punjabi songs, meri marzi.” This is unacceptable behavior towards paying customers. A DJ’s job is to entertain the crowd, not argue with them. This place did everything possible to ruin our party. Strongly not recommended for corporate events

Lack of transparency with rules & the platform. Zomato, Sandeep (Manager) & Baljeet (owner), together have taken everyone for a ride. Staff is disrespectful, they’ve learnt it from their managers or owner. Zomato cannot provide a solution. I’m rating this 1 star because that’s the lowest I can go. Stuck outside for 45 minutes for an empty bar. Communicating here because all 3 mediums failed to deliver an appropriate result.
