The decor and ambiance is very nice, but what is truly impressive is the food!! Most delicious food we have had in Delhi so far! Chef Karim is so talented, a 5 star chef. His dishes are authentic Syrian dishes. He is also very hospitable and accommodating to all tastes. We will definitely come again!

Food was awesome and the staff there were very nice, helpful. Akshay was very nice he even helped me choose my good as I was very confused being a vegetarian. The ambiance was very pretty, quiet specially at night it looks very pretty.

Amazing experience at Outlet Syrah! The Adana Kebab was absolutely delicious, and a special thanks to bartender Uday for his excellent hospitality and service. Highly recommended!

We had a confirmed reservation but still had to wait to be seated. After that, they simply pushed two small tables together instead of arranging a proper table for us. The service was extremely poor — we had to repeatedly call the staff again and again for basic assistance. The food was decent , but the overall experience was very disappointing.

I recently dined at Syrah at Hyatt Regency Delhi, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. The food was terrible — served cold, completely lacking flavor, and nowhere near the standards you would expect from a restaurant of this reputation. Every dish felt careless and uninspired. For the prices they charge, the quality was shockingly poor. Service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed unbothered and disengaged throughout the meal. We had to repeatedly ask for the smallest things — basic requests that should have been handled proactively. Orders were delayed, and there was no sense of urgency or hospitality. Considering the extremely high pricing, the overall experience felt unjustified and not worth the money at all. I expected premium quality and service — what I received was the opposite. Definitely not recommended based on this experience.

Ambience : A very small setup with clustered seating. Live music otherwise good but feels like loud hammering in head due to the space. What we Ordered Lentil Soup : 👎🏻 i mean Naaah. Felt like Daal ki Sabzi at a relative’s place in a T-2 city. Hummus and Pita Bread : Quite Acceptable. Tastes quite good but like any other place in Delhi. Nothing exclusive. Vegetarian Wrap (dont happen to remember its name) : 👎🏻👎🏻. This particular dish had a funny smell in beginning making us to question whether to have it or not. After taking Hyatt’s old reputation in consideration , we had it. Only to regret later on. The following night and next day went hard on us. Definitely not revisiting this place in my senses.

For a premium hotel like this, the service sure is really bad . The cocktail drink we ordered had a fly floating in it , on asking to get it removed, they took the drink and punched it in the bill for Rs2000. Very disappointing Food was good but the hospitality screwed it all

Probably the worst Mediterranean food money can buy. Even the Pita bread is not fresh. I am surprised that Hyatt has such poor standards after having TKS next door. The whole restaurant is an afterthought, definitely avoidable and only enjoyed by the pretentious

The ambience is good. Food on first glance was good but both of us suffered from an upset stomach later. Never going back again.
