I first placed an order and according to the bill I was eligible for a 10% discount if I answered a survey. I got a code which I showed at the counter while placing my order again shortly after. I ordered 3 items but I was given a 10% off only on the cheesy fries. When I asked the cashier he told me that the chicken wrap which I for Rs. 99 was not eligible for the discount. Then the next item was also not eligible for discount with no reasonable justification for both of them. And that is why only the fries were to be given the 10% off. While on the bill it was not mentioned anywhere that only 1 item would be given the 10% discount. Then when I asked for the manager, she was told to be pre occupied with busy work and I was asked to wait for 10 minutes which I did. When I asked another employee for the manager after 15 minutes he replied by saying ma'am busy hai aap agar half km aage jaoge toh waha mil jaayegi, waha woh free hongi toh baat kar lena. "ma'am is currently busy if you walk for half a km you will find her then you can wait and talk to her when she is available". I was the customer with a problem and then I had to wait for a manager to talk about my concerns. When another employee came to ask what was the issue he sent him back saying you go in and make the order, he did not even let him talk to me, clearly avoiding the situation at hand. He being referred to here is an employee named Bimal in the Taco bell at Ambience mall. He was so rude and arrogant it didn't seem like I was the customer there. It was the worst experience I have ever had while encountering any employee. There was no empathy, just arrogance and that too for no good reason. If Taco bell doesn't want to give a discount don't mention it on the bill, no one is forcing you for it. And if you still want to atleast make sure you have better staff at your franchises.

despite stating multiple times while placing the order and getting reassured that they have understood, they messed up the take away roll i ordered. there was no hash brown in it. bad taste. will never go to taco bell again

Food quality is very poor ingredients lack freshness, not much options did not even give paper straw with the drink, drink was totally flat. they are ready with all the excuses.

they put an offer on the district app and you can't buy half the items on the menu if you pay by district. shitty marketing gimmick by taco bell
