I don't think I really need to mention about Taco bell's food or quality..it's a renowned brand but what really caught my eye today at Gaur city mall's outlet was the diligence and professionalism of an employee named Dhruv,taking orders at the counter. At almost closing hours; he stood at the counter, he stood taling orders, managing a huge queue with a smile. it might not sound unsual but the enthusiasm and zeal after dealing with multiple people does get one exhausted. He made me feel like I'm his first customer for the day and that's the effort that shouldn't go unnoticed. Kudos to everyone working for hours with a smile!

I ordered a Chicken Crunchwrap which did not have any nachos or cheese sauce in it. The tortilla was half-baked in places and felt like I eating something raw/undercooked. The salsa had only tomato pieces and very little lettuce. The only edible ingredient were the chicken chips which I had to eat and threw away the rest of it.
