The staff is well trained and serve us really well.The food is amazing and hygienic. One thing that can be done is to increase amount of chicken in dishes of non veg menu,but overall the food is good and service by staff is upto the mark.

I ordered Boss burrito and boss baddie bowl . Boss burrito chicken was smelling very bad 🤮. I thrown it all btw . and the rice of bowl was not fresh it was only hot but not cooked fredhly . And again the chicken was rotten . The taste was not looking like chicken . when I asked to the store they was saying it's smells like this . if yes then I m not going again at you store and also restrict prohibited to someone who is gonna to visit . for the first time I tried new from new restaurent and the result is this . Totally unsatisfied taco bell . 🥴

I placed order for veg burrito by mistake and when i asked to change the item, right after placing the order before delivery man had even collected the food, with gurantee to pay the extra charges when recieveing the order, they REFUSED. Whatever policy this is i am very unhappy with this experience, kindly provide better customer service. This is unacceptable.
