Dear Taco Bell India Team, I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the food I received today from your Taco Bell outlet at Crown Interiors Mall, Faridabad. I have been a loyal Taco Bell customer since your first outlet opened in Vasant Kunj in 2015 and have always appreciated the consistent taste and quality at Vasant Kunj and Nehru Place (now closed). Unfortunately, my experience at the Faridabad outlet was extremely disappointing and also raised health concerns. • My Loaded Nachos and Cheesy Taco were served with missing ingredients, no greens, and unevenly poured sauces. • The food did not resemble Taco Bell’s standard taste and quality at all. • After consuming the food, I developed stomach pain, which clearly points to poor quality and hygiene. This order was placed under a discount offer via Zomato (District app). I want to specifically ask — does Taco Bell allow its outlets to compromise on food quality when items are sold at a discounted price? If yes, that is extremely concerning and unacceptable. Customers expect the same standard of quality regardless of pricing or offers. I have also attached pictures of the food as proof of the poor standards. I request you to take immediate action against this outlet and clarify why such negligence was allowed. Please confirm what corrective steps will be taken to ensure such an incident does not happen again. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to FSSAI and consumer forums. Looking forward to your urgent response.

very worst experience here. team is not serious about their work.their service is not same for every customer.their service change according to the person. one incident happened with me I ordered some taco with my colleague at same day there were another customers sitting ahead of us,taco team refilled their Cold drink 4 times,me and my colleague when went there for refilled they refused us at Same place at same time. and from the same day we decided not to ordered the taco from any taco outlet.

The team is unprofessional. They also do not give back accurate change by saying they’re “out of change”. They do not seem serious at all in their work and usually provide with cold food. Even when I order at home, the food is not upto the mark.
