didn't b like the quality of food earlier there used to guacamole and Chipotle sauce was better spoke to staff it seems taco bell has changed the whole recipe ....earlier one was better request to change it to previous one

When Taco Bell came to India a decade ago, it tasted and felt quite like the original US version, but over time, the taste, quality and service have degraded beyond recognition. Yes, you have to Indianize to suite the local pallet, but forgetting the original character is unacceptable. Their Chalopas are uncooked, sour cream and Guacamole have disappeared and Burritos are dry. Overall, it isn’t a good experience!!!

Sandeep the manager here doesnot know how to treat customers, he first didnt not let me pay via district, and then started hurling abuses when i insisted, he also said that i can complain to whoever the hell i want. Also threatened me.

i took rice bowl and fries, rice bowl was only half of the size and i raised a complaint around that but in vain. fries was completely stale and cold. very poor experience

a lot of restrictions on paying via dineout. not valid on combos, not valid on several other items as told by the staff. i left the place.
