I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Taco Bell – Felix Plaza, Gurgaon. The staff took my order and completed the payment without informing me that the items were not even available for preparation. After making me wait, I was casually told that the food could not be prepared and that I should either order something else or take a refund. This is completely unacceptable. It reflects poor management, lack of coordination, and zero respect for a customer’s time. Availability of items should be confirmed before billing — not after payment is taken. Customers are not there to adjust according to your inventory mismanagement. Such unprofessional behavior seriously damages the brand’s credibility. I expect immediate improvement in staff training and internal coordination to prevent other customers from facing the same inconvenience. Very dissatisfied with the service.

service was very poor, especially Mr. Praveen who is there is a useless person who doesn't even know how to talk to customers. also not explaining if asked anything. such a bad attitude. I wonder how taco bell brand image is being spoiled by such people also they are intentionally giving less quantity in their max size
