Last time i've been here and i would say thanx to all tea lounge staff, special thanx for ms. Vishakha who offered me tea with her excellence serivce. She is so sophisticated towards her guests and her services are appriciable and i will suggest to manager of lounge to promot her as sooner will be possible on behalf of her dedication towards her work.

I went to Radisson’s tea lounge today for an important meeting and I must say that I had a great experience especially with the staff that served me. We ordered tea, coffee and fresh lime and everything was good. I would like to thank Nikhil and Naeem for a seamless and delightful experience. Thank you guys. I will visit again

I love this place. Great service provided by the staff. Coffee and pastry were fresh and delicious. Miss Chandni and Naeem were very helpful and respectful towards us. A very good experience been there at the lounge. Hats off to your services guys. All the best. Wish to come again here.

Lovely place. The ambience here is just so great. I usually visit here time by time. Food is great. Ambitious staff, specifically Ms. Chandni. She is very sweet and always have smile on her face. Will recommend this place to come and experience amazing snack's and coffee.

The morning breakfast 🥞 🍳 🧇 was glorious. The breakfast manager, Charu and her colleague Mandeep are very customer friendly and their hospitality is very much appreciated. One of the best experiences I had so far at Radisson. - Room 1110

We totally loved this place, the interiors were very cool and the food was amazing the staff was very polite and friendly we loved their servie and food plus it is very high rates but taste wise i m happy

Had a brunch type meeting at TL Paschim Vihar. Positives - great ambience, relaxed atmosphere and good food choices. Negatives - pathetic service (took 45 minutes for snacks), ordinary taste and excess oily food. Had cocktail samosas, veg Kathi rolls and rolls. Surprising that a Tea Lounge did not have Darjeeling tea - it was on menu but not available. Kadak Masala chai was very ordinary.

If you're looking for a decent cold coffee, please avoid this place. The sweetest cold coffee I've ever tasted! shear waste of money. Even sweeter than their own banoffie pie, which was good.
