the ambience is good.Falafal and ice tea was also good.. i also ordered fish n chips , it was soggy and didnt taste good. terayaki chicken bowl was not served with sticky rice it was not authentic.. even i ordered kungpao with hakka noodles it was also not proper ..they gave simple manchurian..so food was not authentic as mentioned in there menu

Food is kinda ok but service is pathetic, they will serve you the food but no foodplates, spoons, bowl even napkins to maintain higene, i had to ask for everything

⚠️ Honest Review of The Grill House – Blue Sapphire Mall (5th Floor) I visited The Grill House with my family, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The food served to us was of very poor quality, and the staff refused to replace or correct anything even after complaining. The service was also not up to the mark. When the bill arrived, I refused to pay the service charge, as the law clearly gives customers the right to deny it if they are unhappy with the service. But instead of respecting this, the staff forced me to pay and behaved very rudely. Their claim was that because I booked my table through the District app, I must pay the service charge—which is completely incorrect. They kept insisting and tried to intimidate me. Since I was with my family, I avoided creating a scene and ended up paying under pressure. I strongly do NOT recommend this restaurant—terrible food, terrible service, and extremely unprofessional behaviour.
