I ordered the chocolate malted turtle sundae, at first they forgot to get it, than after reminding them they got me a different dessert and than told them we didn’t order this; than they got the dessert without the chocolate sauce. Terrible service

TGI Fridays has always been a nostalgic brand for me. Around 10 years ago, it was one of my favourite places to hang out, known for its lively vibe, great food, and fun atmosphere. So, when I visited their newly opened outlet at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, I went in with high expectations. To begin with, the ambience is excellent. The restaurant has a vibrant energy that’s perfect for dinner. Whether you’re planning a family outing, catching up with friends, or going on a date, the place fits every occasion. The live match screenings and the large bar counter add to the overall experience. Unfortunately, the food was a huge letdown. We ordered around 8–9 dishes, including simple items like French fries and nachos, and surprisingly, even those were disappointing. We also tried their best-selling mozzarella cheese sticks, spaghetti pasta, and several recommended non-vegetarian dishes suggested by the staff. Almost every dish failed to impress. The food lacked freshness, the flavours were off, and some dishes honestly tasted as though they had been prepared much earlier and simply reheated before being served. It made for a very underwhelming dining experience. The cocktails were equally disappointing. They were so diluted that they felt more like mocktails than cocktails. It was genuinely disappointing because this is a brand I have always associated with consistently good food. I’m hoping this experience was limited to this particular outlet and that they improve their food quality and consistency soon. Overall Rating: 2/5 ⭐️ Great ambience and a lively atmosphere, but the food and drinks fell far below expectations. Unless the quality improves, I wouldn’t be in a hurry to return.

it appears having shortage of Chefs.We ordered 5 dish for 5 persons.Instead of serving all together every dish came after a gap of 20 minutes and gap between first and last dish was over one hour. One should go to TGIF VK only when u have patience to wait for 2 hours

ordered a pizza and onion rings here. the pizza was made on a ready-made base. I dont expect a ready made base when you pay Rs. 500 for a pizza. dominos has better pizza than this. the sauce didnt have any flavor either the onion rings were completely oily
