I went there for my birthday eve. And the food was really amazing. It was a weekday so there was no rush. Definitely coming again. Ehsan was our server, do ask for him.

A lovely cozy cafe serving excellent food in a calm relaxing setup with lotsss of natural plant installations and cool ambience to beat the heat.The service too is really commendable. Deepak who served us was well aware of the menu, quick in serving and with a smile on his face. Highly recommend.

⭐️ Very disappointing experience I ordered a pizza at Autumn House, Sector 117, and honestly, it was one of the worst pizzas I’ve had at a restaurant. The pizza was extremely soggy while the crust was somehow burnt at the same time. The texture and overall quality were just not acceptable. I brought the issue up with the manager, but instead of addressing the problem, he kept arguing that “this is how the crust is because of the pizza you ordered.” The explanation didn’t really make sense, especially considering the pizza was both soggy and burnt. I was offered a replacement, and I changed the pizza, hoping the second one would be better. Unfortunately, even the replacement was very poor. At that point, it was clear that the problem wasn’t simply the particular pizza I had ordered. What made the experience worse was the way the complaint was handled. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! WORST WORST WORST, THE ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY

I had a very disappointing experience at Autumn House. The pizza was badly burnt on the bottom, yet somehow the rest of it was soggy and lacked any crispness. It tasted poorly prepared and wasn't enjoyable to eat. I expected much better quality for the price. I hope the restaurant improves its food quality and pays more attention before serving customers.

I was disappointed with my experience. The first pizza we received was very soggy, so we asked the staff to replace it. They did replace it, but the second pizza was still slightly soggy. On top of that, the crust and parts of the base were burnt.
