The food was decent, but it wasn't served hot. We are vegetarians, and the grill provided to us had traces of non-vegetarian food on it, so we had to request a replacement. There was also a piece of tissue paper in the drinking water, which was disappointing. Additionally, we had to keep reminding the staff to bring the items mentioned in the menu instead of them serving them proactively. Overall, the service and attention to detail need significant improvement.

"Very disappointing experience at The Barbeque Company. I visited yesterday with high expectations, but almost everything fell short. * Ambience: The atmosphere felt cramped and lacked a welcoming vibe. * Service: Extremely sluggish and inattentive staff. Plates weren't cleared on time, and we had to constantly ask for basic service. * Food: The food quality was frankly terrible. Most of the items tasted stale, overcooked, and dry—honestly, it felt more like tasteless fodder than actual food. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money. I won't be returning anytime soon and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a good dining experience."

The food experience was bad here i found some tiny hair in food and also the chiller water drops on table. After all they charged 12000/- for 8 person I don’t think so i will come here again

The Manager lacks hospitality. Ambience is average. Not at par with other BBQ company sites and no Barbeque Nation is far better. Not recommended for big events.
