Went there for lunch and ordered burgers. The burger served to me was burnt, which I highlighted to the waiting staff the moment it came to the table. The explanation given was that it happened because it was in the oven for too long. I still let it slide but upon actually eating it I realised that the burger was not only burnt from the top but also inside. A lady got the chef to our table and the chef replied with the same thing. Mind you that in the entire restaurant there were only 4 customers including us. The chef then offered to change it and initially I refused because I lost my appetite. However right after I told the lady waiting staff that the chef offered a fresh burger and we will take that but please pack it for us. She took the burnt food away and quickly came back with a take out bag. After coming home I open the bag only to see the same burnt food. I have paid full price for this food which I now have to throw away because of your incompetent staff. Update: The owner reached out following this experience to apologize, refunded the burger, and provided a ₹1,000 voucher. I appreciate the prompt response and accountability taken by the management to resolve the issue.

Very disappointing experience at The Beer Café, Alpha One Mall, Greater Noida. Booked through Zomato District with 20% off. The advertisement person (outside the lounge) informed us about a 1+1 drinks offer +20% discount from district app (already booked), but at billing we were suddenly told the Zomato offer didn’t apply to drinks. This was not clearly communicated before ordering. We also ordered a 12-inch pizza, but the pizza served appeared to be only around 9 inches (evidence accepted by manager). There was a foolish reason that when you bake a 12inch pizza, it will come out as 9inch and that too a thin crust one. What the hell man, don't you know the basic physics ??? Poor transparency and disappointing service. We have the booking details, bill and photos/videos as evidence. Management should seriously look into this issue. I would even recommend a FSSAI audit here.
