Visited The Beer Cafe with my wife expecting a great evening, but unfortunately it turned out to be quite disappointing. While I truly appreciate how polite and attentive the staff were—they genuinely tried to make our experience better—the overall service was quite slow. The biggest letdown was the food: although it tasted good, it was served cold, which really took away from the experience. The ambiance also didn’t live up to expectations, and the crowd/vibe just didn’t feel right for a relaxed outing. Overall, it had the potential to be a great experience, but a few key things really missed the mark. Hope the management works on consistency, especially with food quality and service speed.

Yesterday I went there and order drinks. first of all the menu that is me tioned here is old or whatever is the case, the items were costlier. secondly when we ordered food, the chicken tikka was good but pizza was really bad. it was NOT thin crust at all. it didn't have any flavour. when we asked him to improve it or refund it he said I'll just improve this one only. We ordered a Budweiser magnum beer 330ml but in the bill, he included the price for 500ml. we didn't check the bill but later when ee saw we noticed that he added the price of 500ml. this kind of behaviour is not what you expect when you go to s good place. otherwise I definitely would have checked the bill. NOT a good experience at all.

Worst, girl is asking to rate first and then take pictures, very slow service and worst food and they don’t have any liquor or cocktail, don’t go here and black list this place

We have asked to remove optional charge then staff said after removal of optional charge we cannot pay with Zomato as it’s a third party and we have to give commission as well

Waiter was asking to pay service charge 10% which is according to government should not be included in the bill and the waiter was throwing unnecessary attitude.

No cold water available. if you want they asked to get a bottle. mocktails not chilled as ice was not available. food was average. air cooling was not working
