We went 2 girls alone. We thought it was near and “would be safe for us”. But we were wrong. The crowd was cheap. They literally staring at us and making us uncomfortable. We literally had to called them out but they didn’t stop. As a girl, my only advice is don’t go girls alone there. The crowd is not safe and not good. We literally had to come early and had to share our location with our friends coz we were so scared with the group of men there. They were openly charging at us. DON’T GO ALONE THERE GIRLS. Otherwise everything was good service food drinks all good.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at The Beer Cafe, Rohini. I want to specifically report the behaviour of one staff member whose name I unfortunately do not know. The other staff members were polite and behaved appropriately, so my complaint is specifically regarding this individual. From the beginning, his conduct, actions and manner of speaking were inappropriate and confrontational. The situation became worse when he accused me of abusing him and then started behaving as though he wanted to argue/fight with me. Even if an employee believes that a customer has used inappropriate words, that does not justify aggressive, disrespectful or threatening behaviour toward a customer. The matter should have been handled professionally through the manager. I strongly request the restaurant management to review the CCTV footage from the beginning of my visit, particularly around the billing/payment time, rather than relying only on either person's vers

This appears to be a fraudulent practice by the restaurant. They tell customers not to pay through Zomato and instead convince them to pay directly, claiming that they will provide the same discount and that there are network issues with Zomato, which may cause problems while making the payment. However, once the customer agrees to pay them directly, they do not provide the promised discount and instead charge an inflated amount on the bill. In my case, I was also charged the full amount despite being specifically promised a 40% discount for making the payment directly. This is extremely misleading and unfair to customers. The restaurant is using false information to discourage customers from using Zomato Dine-In and then charging them more when they make the payment directly.
