pathetic customer service..the staff is rude for no apparent reason and there’s no basic thing for a confectionary “restaurant” like cutlery here. the staff denied a packaging box…i think they have made their own rules here :)

Went last night with my family post dinner to have waffles at this pathetic outlet based out in sector 18 noida Reached there at 10:40 and placed an order for waffles and a Nutella shake on recommendation of the manager The shake was literally cold water , tasteless . I complained and the manager ( photo attached ) got irritated and angry on us . Said that it’s made as per the “instructions “ and showed us a chart of ingredients and also told us k “Apka order le Lia is time Bahut Bari baat hai “ The manager of the store was rude , arrogant and full of attitude The other store member -Vijay got a grey on my sister and me for complaining about this and created a big scene at night We were so disappointed by the kind of service and behaviour of this store I told them I will post a review and their reaction was - Han kr do humko farak nai padta It’s a request to the management as well as other customers to avoid this outlet.

I recently visited this Belgium Waffle outlet, and I must say it was the worst experience I've had at any waffle place. Despite the common practice of offering a 20% student discount at other outlets, we were shockingly denied this benefit here. Adding to the frustration, a simple request for an extra spoon was met with a flat-out refusal. To make matters worse, the waffles we ordered were not cooked properly. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they provided vague and unsatisfactory excuses. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of customer service and quality control at what is supposed to be a reputable waffle establishment.

I recently visited the sector 18 outlet and the server there was way too rude. He in fact refused to give his name. I asked him why he has such a negative attitude, he threatened that "abhi koi attitude dikhaya bhi nahi hai, jab dikhaunga to dikkat hogi". Such a shame being treated by a server in a big chain like Belgian Waffle Co. Wish could give them rating in negative.

we waited here for half an hour for 1 waffle, the base was burnt twice and service was very poor the guy was not at all considering that we were in a hurry because we have a train but he was not taking the issue that it is urgent

We ordered 1 waffle only and it was not even prepared after 30 mins of waiting. The billing person said it will take only 10-15 mins and still at the end we didn’t get our order
