We had chicken lasagna and veg pizza rolls. The service is great and the food is freshly served with an amazing taste. Mississippi mud pie is a 10/10 dessert!!

The Food and Service was good and we had a good time trying the pan fried pizza and drinks. Much recommend experience.

The service is slow. It isn't the same menu which you see at CP so things aren't available which you might wish for. Ignorant staff, only listens after you call again and again. Shakes are more like icy icecream just in the name of thickness you can't serve whole ice cream, plus they serve you in different thin glasses unlike at other place. Chicken Lasagna was very good and rest were okayish. Portion size was good according to the price. Skip to CP even if Line is longer if possible.

We ordered Angry Chicken Pasta. It was awful. chicken was undercooked, pasta was undercooked, sauce was very sour. The dish was supposed to be on the spicier side, however, it tasted bland. Also, bread that they gave with the pasta was neither toasted nor warm. It was just like they gave pao bhaji's pao , cold and plain. The dish ruined our mood totally! Thank god ! We ordered only one dish. We immediately left the place. BIG CHILL CAFE is just an overhyped place, with bland and unreasonably pricey food. Just give it a miss!

We went to The Big Chill, Khan Market after reading all the positive reviews online. We ordered Penne Arabiatta and we found a mosquito in the food. When we addressed this issue, they were quite arrogant about it and said they really don’t care even if we give a bad review.

You may have been visiting The Big Chill Cakery for its food, and fair enough, the desserts have always drawn people in. But now there’s an unexpected add-on: rude behaviour and disdainful attitude. Great food can't cover up consistently baud service

Had mushroom risotto for dinner last night, down with severe stomach infection immediately after consuming the meal. Too much garlic and no real flavour. The amount of garlic in the food made my stomach sick.
